The U.S. government requires citizens of certain countries to obtain visas prior to traveling to the United States. Visa forms may now also be obtained and completed online by visiting http://evisaforms.state.gov/. Due to the length of the application process, we strongly encourage you to apply for necessary visas as early as possible. For complete up-to-date information on application procedures and who is required to obtain a visa for travel to the United States, please visit www.UnitedStatesVisas.gov.

To assist you in the visa process, Green West can provide letters of invitation to registered attendees. After you have registered, please download, complete, and return the Green West letter of invitation request form. Green West can only provide invitation letters to pre-registered attendees. Requests for letters of invitation should be sent as soon as possible and no later than 60 days prior to the show.
