Green West Expo 2009 is expected to attract leading media, including online, print, radio, and television. It is beneficial for your company to provide a press kit for the press. Kits can be arranged in a folder or copied on a CD-Rom.

A comprehensive press kit should contain the following:

  • Press release(s) announcing specific company news and/or product launches.
  • A 5” x 7” or 8” x 10” photo included with your product announcements. Be sure to include a brief description, order information, price, and your name and phone number on a label and affix to the back of the photo.
  • A company fact sheet.
  • Company history and biographies.
  • Your business card.


Plan to have at least 25 copies of your press kit for the Green West Press Room and extra kits to distribute from your booth.
