Don't be Late for a Very Important Date
With many deadlines approaching in the upcoming two weeks, please take a few minutes to review the Deadline Checklist from the On-Line Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM). A simple glance at this document will give you a good idea of what orders you may need to submit. Adhering to the deadlines will ensure you get the best possible rates from our vendors for these show services. Not only will this save you substantially over the on-site price, it will also allow you to confirm your orders in advance of the show with each vendor - - making your move-in more efficient.
What Comes with your Booth?
Click here to review Champion's "Critical Information" sheet from the On-Line Exhibitor Services Manual. Your booth consists of 8' high backwall drape and 3' high sidewall drape extending to the aisles. All other furnishings and services must be ordered a la carte.
If you prefer to order a complete booth package, Champion Exposition Services has made available the following Green Booth Packages, featuring sustainable/renewable/eco-friendly materials. Please note these packages must be ordered by April 18 to take advantage of the prices listed!

Recycled Booth Carpet
As outlined in the On-Line Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), each booth on the show floor must feature carpeting or floor covering in order to present a ‘finished' appearance. You are welcome to bring your own carpet or floor covering (following the shipping guidelines in the ESM), or you may prefer to rent carpet from Champion Exposition Services - the official show decorator. Champion is offering for rental carpet made of recycled (and recyclable) materials. Hurry, to ensure a sufficient stock of this carpet is available from the vendor, orders must be received by April 18!
Register in Advance and Save Time On-Site
Register your on-site staff by April 25 and we will mail your badges in advance. Upon arrival all you'll need to do is stop at the Badge Holder Pick-Up Desk before going on the show floor.
(Note: Exhibitor badges allow you access to the expo hall two hours prior to show opening each day. Therefore, we ask that for security purposes you only provide these to company personnel working in your booth. For your guests, please click here and order Guest Invitations instead.)
Everybody Loves a Discount -- and so will your Clients!
With the deadline for the pre-registration discount rapidly approaching (April 25), now is the ideal time to invite your potential and existing clients to visit your booth at Green West. To make this as easy as possible, we have made available both electronic and postcard Guest Invitations -- free of charge to you -- that extend a 50% discount off your clients' admission to the show. If you have already ordered Guest Invitations, make sure you send them to your clients this week so they have time to register at the lower ‘Early Bird' rate.
Let Them Know Who You Are
Included in the price of your booth is a 7" x 44" sign with your company name and booth number hanging on the backwall drape. If you would like us to provide this sign, please complete this form and send it to Champion (either on its own, or when you place your other orders). Our experience has shown that many of you bring your own exhibit - - which ends up blocking the view of this sign. Therefore, rather than waste the resources to print a bunch of signs that are blocked or discarded, we ask you to only order it if you need it.
Do You Need a Family Tree?
Million Trees L.A. will be running an Adopt-A-Tree Program on-site at Green West on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 21. Visit them in Booth 706 and learn how residents and businesses in the City of Los Angeles can adopt trees directly from the Green West show floor. And don't feel left out if you are neither a resident nor a company located in the City of Angels, as Million Trees L.A. also accepts personal and corporate donations on their website.
By the way, the California Redwood is our state tree. Click here to find out yours!
Want the Paparazzi at your Booth?
We at GME are doing our utmost to keep Green West and its participants in the limelight of the local, regional, and national press. Media are being invited to attend on-site Q&A sessions in the Press Room with various Keynote Speakers and other invited presenters. With all this activity taking place on-site, we recommend that -- in order to get your name above the noise level - you bring twenty (20) press kits to drop in the Press Room prior to the show opening Tuesday morning. The Press Room is located in Registration, just inside Hall J.
Hint: It's helpful to the media if your kits prominently state "Visit us in Booth XXX".
